Shah.Meera Dyestuff Industries was established as manufacturing division of the erstwhile Karnavati Exports Pvt. Ltd., its' flagship merchant exporting unit, in partnership of Mr. Rajesh D Shah and his father Mr. Devichand K. Shah.From fiscal year 2001-2002 all the manufacturing as well as the export operations was brought under the auspicious banner of the manufacturing unit on account of the restriction of export incentives grants to the manufacturer exporters only by the newly released EXIM policy of the Government of India.
